It’s been a while since I posted an update on the Milan being assembled at the Laid Back Bikes showroom.
The velo is waiting for batteries and electrics to be put in, but is otherwise complete. Richard, the proud owner, was kind enough to let me sit inside while we shop-sat last weekend…
It’s extremely close in there – my head’s right up against the roof and there’s barely room to turn and look from side to side… but I guess that’s what makes it so rapid!
Otherwise the body is quite roomy – you can easily operate the steering handles from lock to lock and the bodywork’s well out of the way (I’m not as tall as Richard however).
Getting in and out is quite ‘interesting’!
Will post a further update in due course.
